Business Process Re-engineering
We work with clients and their existing systems to review and improve processes. This will ususally involve looking at the end solution and building processes, systems and applications to meet the client and customers' needs.

We regularly work with clients to eliminate duplication of data input and processing of data. An example of one recent assigment is we have significantly reduced data input by automating their purchase order process.
Previously, operations provided the administration team with details of theri purchase requirements. Purchase Orders were completed and emailed to suppliers. Purchase Invoices were manually enered in to the purchase ledger when received.
iFRC was tasked with re-engineering the process and creating standardised inputs for the operations team to complete. These documents, along with standing data held in their general ledger system allows for orders to eb compelted and automatically sent to suppliers.
In addition, when purchase invoices are received and logged, they are checked against orders, posted to the general ledger and month-end prepayments and accruals are created based on the information.
Information is now only entered once and has reduced stffing requirements and enables the team to focus on queries rather than data input.
