The right solution

All too often though the wrong type of training is underrtaken.  This is often because a generic training programme is delevered and the content and pace may not be corect for everyone.

Even worse is a the generic training course that isn't relevant to your staff as it is covering all possibilities so that it someone may find things useful.  There's nothing worse than being on a standardised training cousre where you are thinking "That standard proceedure doesn't work for me!"

Most of what you need probably can be found on the Internet and YouTube or on the help pages of your supplier (the help pages and community help pages for Sage and Microsoft are excellent for information).  Therefore, at iFRC we provide tailored training solutions based on your requirements and the systems and processes you operate and believe in involving participants to get the most out of any training.

For example there is no point in providing in-depth training for Sales Order Processing if you create and prepare invoices in a separate system.  However, training should be focussed on how to efficiently work with both systems.

Training

Training is usually provided on-site due to the small number of attendees and bespoke nature of the training.

 

We provide training for Microsoft Access and Excel and Sage 50 applications.  Prices start from £299 per person

 

Schools

At the start of the summer we had the pleasure of offering a Work Experience placement to a student.  We extended the normal week-long placement so that they would be involved in the end-to-end solution they were working on.  Resulting from this we now offer A-level support to schools to bring real life situations to database creation and the use of Excel.
